I am a student with a car that lives on a harbour terrace with no off-street parking available. While the parking situation is not great, the proposed changes will heavily impact me and many other students as I don't use my car enough and very limited unrestricted spots will be available to park my car when I'm not using it. Not sure if its possible but it would be great to add in private parks/resident-only parking for those who have nowhere else to park.
