What is your feedback on the proposed changes
There tend to be quite a few parks avaiable on most days, however residents can only park for 2 hours, or risk getting a fine. Furthermore, the closest long-duration parking is Heriot Row up a set of stairs. Therefore changing some or all of the parks on Constitution Street to resident only would be beneficial.
