I work at the Otago Polytechnic, and all year round I am faced with a battle to find an all day park near to my work. Reducing that number of parks further will negatively impact both staff and students who wish to be on campus all day. And in the semester break and at after the students leave in November, staff and permanent residents still have to find a park somewhere in a far away street while the 120 minute parks outside our buildings remain empty. The impact on staff and students on this potential change will be much larger than for those who attend intermittent sporting events along Harbour Terrace. This change cannot proceed. It is completely illogical
