As a resident of harbour terrace I oppose these changes as it is already extremely hard to find a park near my flat this would further limit the options to park. Many students flatting on harbour terrace do not have a park included at their flat and rely on street parking to keep their cars. Limiting the parking on Harbour terrace would increase parking issues on the surrounding streets, Dunedin has a parking problem and I feel there are more effective ways to manage that than taking away students’ parks.
