What is your feedback on the proposed changes
The area has a lot of student flats, students already struggle to find carparks around the area. There are reasons why we need cars including getting groceries and working at part time jobs that we can’t get to otherwise. It also ensures that your car is closer and you are able to keep it safe, and keep an eye on it without having to pay for parking facilities that are large costs students can’t afford. It provides more places for people to park when they need to be there. If there isn’t this space then finding carparks much further away and having to walk a long time to get to houses especially in the dark can pose safety risks that should be thought about.
