I work at the Polytechnic and it is difficult enough as it is to find all day parking in this area. Changing the Harbour Terrace parks to P240 is going to make it a great deal harder for staff and students of the Polytechnic and University to find parking and will have the effect that we have to push outwards to find a park, thereby creating a ripple effect. There are already plenty of P120 parks around this area.
