I strongly oppose the proposed changes to parking on Harbour Terrace.
There are so few current all day free parks in that area already. For those either through needing to drive to campus or needing to bring their cars with them that day, would be put at further disadvantage. These changes would exasperate existing accessiblity issues. Likewise those who live along that area without private parking will be forced to travel greater distances (e.g. Safety issue).
