I currently work in this area and over time it has got worse and worse especially with the halls of residence as they park on the street and not in their parking as they have to pay. It is hard to find a park at 7.30am in the morning to be able to go to work. There is no parking wardens who enforce the parking therefore people just park wherever they like for as long as they like which doesn't support the turnover you need. It would be more considerate to be aware of the surrounding businesses and their needs also.
