As a student flatting in the area of Harbour Terrace the decision to change parking along the street to 240mins is a significant inconvenience. The number of properties and people living in the area require a lot of parking and because this is already an issue at present the proposed changes are going to cause a larger issue. I think the people living in this area should have the ability to park outside their house at any time, and this is taken away if these changes are made!!
