We support the proposed changes to restricted parking, but we would like to see consistency with Logan Park Drive and the proposed change be converted from unrestricted to P120. This is a change from your proposed P240. At peak times such as after school and during the weekends Logan Park is flooded with kids being dropped off and parents trying to find car parks. This is both stressful for the parents with the limited parking opportunities and potentially dangerous for the children being dropped off as cars double park to be close to the turfs.
Creating a higher turnover of parked cars in this area will make it easier for parents to find parking, helping make their Logan Park sporting experience less stressful and potentially safer for the children.
