What is your feedback on the proposed changes
It is right in student central and because of this would affect the people who are already in lower financial classes. Students live there because it is close to campus, but there is already limited parking so creating a monopoly on the already high parking charges is creating a disadvantage to one of the the cities most important age groups. I disagree to the proposed changes.
