Removing untimed free parking on Harbour Terrace would greatly affect me as a student adding some serious complications given I need to use these street parks as my house has limited off-street parks. If these parks are timed, I will not have anywhere to park which is a big worry as my car is something very important which I should be able to have at my house. This is a residential area where people should have the right to park their car on the road outside their houses. I will not be able to afford car parks elsewhere or fines. Why make students suffer and put them in this very difficult situation? This proposition would not go forward if it was in an area where families were affected. I am very worried about what I will do next year as I am at a loss as to what I can do. I trust the council will take this feedback seriously and not just go ahead with the changes anyway and consider how this will affect the residents.
