we support these changes and also request that as per the agreement from dcc-simone when the forth and union street intersection was upgraded that the designated food truck area be moved around the corner by the leith bridge on clyde street away from the congested intersection of forth and union st. we would also like the unrestricted parking on corner of forth st directly outside the executive residence be changed to 120. we would also like parking wardens to police the 10min parking outside our store and cafe more often as students have realised that wardens are hardly ever in this area and park there all day thus restricting my business operation. I am of the understanding that there is only 3 wardens in dunedin city. this isnt enough especially in our area. I would also like it to be noted and investigated that the food trucks are parking 'dummy' unwarrented and unregisted cars in parks to secure a specific park for their caravans. they are very rude and sometimes agressive if anyone trys to pull in before they can get their dummy car in place.
