I Work at a business in st clair, our clients are with us for more than 2 hours, the problem with the parking is the numerous amount of tradies that have been taking up most of the parking for the past 2 years, since they have been gone, the parking availability has definitely improved for the better, I do not think putting time limits on a space where beach goers would visit a restaurant in st clair after/before they spend time at the beach is a good idea.
