Just leave it as it is, people are there to enjoy themselves and not have to worry about making it back in time.
The streets nearby will always have parking, with them also being very easily within walking distance.
There are more important things to worry about than time restrictions on parking in certain area.
Not that this will stop you as the expected answer will be "We've heard your responses and as a majority think this is a good idea, we will be going ahead with the proposed plans"
