What is your feedback on the proposed changes
I support the proposed parking restrictions on St Clair Esplanade, although I would propose that P120 restrictions, rather than P240, would be more appropriate to increase the flow of visitors to the area. Also I would comment that unless these restrictions are regularly policed and enforced, then they will struggle to be effective.
