I have been going here for years and for sometime it's been impossible to get parking and most of the time there is hardly anyone on the Esplanade so not sure who's parking there but it seems like the visitors or customers using the shops. The surfers do take over. I know they are right to be there but not for hours at a time taking parks for others to use.
