As Directors of Macandrew Bay Holdings who owns the properties at 490 (prev Macandrew Bay Pharmacy) and 491 Portobello Rd (Artifolk) we would not like the parking to be unrestricted .There is still one retail space here & unrestricted parking would most likely mean the area is used by teachers . A P30 or P60 would be more suitable ,this would also allow parking for The Duck Cafe . Small businesses need all the support possible.
