makes sense to make most of these parks time restricted otherwise it can be hard to find a park in this area at busy times. I would think some of the parks eg forbury road ones could be P60 as you don't normally need longer than a hour to get a coffee/lunch etc. Probably makes sense for the esplande 25 parks to just be P120 as you don't need longer than 2 hours to go for a walk on the beach/surf or have dinner. If you want to be at the beach all day then should have to just park further away which is normally only a block or two which isn't that far.
