I support the majority of the changes. However, I believe the Second Beach Rd car parks should also be 240 minute time limits not 120. Both of those sections of parking are used mostly by beach goers, walking, swimming, surfing etc. The time to walk the beach and return for a coffee or food will more than likely be longer than two hours. It would really be a shame to be ticketed by the dcc for this. It will also force many to park in the residential streets which I'm sure the residents don't want also. Please ensure that Second Beach Rd is also included in the four hour max carparking limit.
