further feedback regarding Bond Street parking: The proposed change of 240 minute parking change to paid 60 and 120 minute parking will mean an increase of parking fees from $1.50 to $3.50 per hour - Please be aware that Dunedin Central Work and Income service centre is based in John Wickliffe House. Many of their client's use these parks to attend appointments therefore adding financial pressure on these client's minimal income.
