My parents live on Queens Drive. I have three young children and often visit. During school hours, when there are cars parked right along the side of the road, there is only then a single lane and as it is curved, one cannot see if there is anything coming. It makes me sick every time I drive along when this is the case. We have had a number of close calls with oncoming traffic who are unaware of the dangers. I feel it is only a matter of time before a serious accident occurs. I cannot believe that it has taken this long for the neighbours of the area to be listened to after so many submissions over years.
When I then leave and pull out of my parents' driveway, parked cars are parked right up to the driveway, and the only way to see if traffic is coming, is to completely pull out into the middle of the road. It is terribly dangerous.
