Finally the DCC is taking action to rectify a situation that the DCC caused and that has posed a significant traffic hazard and endangered both pedestrians and road users. By placing bolards and allowing parking on QUEENS Drive adjacent CITY rd HAS MADE A TRAFFIC LIABILITY. Well done for taking action to reverse this absurd situation and mitigate DCC LIABILITY AGAINST ENDANGEMENT OF THE PUBLIC.
