My comments are not related to proposed water services delivery. Its related to overall rate increase every year Council plan for future not supporting it. Attached is a image from last 10 year plan with with a Forecast rates for increase 2022-2031. Now we are in to another plan with a again well above the forecast rates how come Council always gets it wrong always it well above what's planned. Not even a single year in the past rates forecast or rates increase goes down why its always a poor planning from Council.
