Zero Carbon - You MUST fund as many zero carbon things as possible! Climate Change is THE biggest issue. Make buses free, build the cycleway to Mosgiel, do anything and everything to help reduce our emissions. I know little old Dunedin won't save the planet on its own, but we can set an example to London, New York, Tokyo, etc by becoming a zero carbon city, and showing the world what is possible.

Council will always underfund it, make it separate, so it can charge what it needs to without worrying about being re-elected.
