Submission

9 year plan feedback

Should we remove 231 Stuart Street (formerly the Fortune Theatre) from the list of strategic assets in the DCC Significance and Engagement policy?

Do you have any comments about 231 Stuart Street?
I don't know enough about it, if a liability then probably yes.

Should we charge an entry fee of $20 (incl. GST) for international visitors aged 16 and over, at Toitū and Dunedin Public Art Gallery?
Yes, introduce an entry fee of $20 (incl. GST) (this is our preferred option)

Do you have any comments about the entry fee for international visitors?
Yes perhaps a fee does need to be charged, $20 per family, $15 pp internationals.

Is there anything else you would like to tell us?
Yes thankyou, in regard to water supply STOP immediately using current Fluoridation chemicals in DCC watersupply, and investigate potential harms, of which there are many. Can we get 2 to 3 outlets for speights bore water , and please address parking at the site.

Local Water Done Well feedback

Which water services delivery model do you support?
The Council’s preferred option: an in-house delivery model

Why did you choose this option?
My knowledge is basic, but hopefully council will use common sense to justify using in house delivery model, we rely on dcc team to make best solutions on ratepayers behalf. It appears to be economically the best system within the dcc than forming another beaurocratic enterprise, unless their expertise would benefit in long term.

Do you have any other feedback related to the proposed water services delivery models?
