Provided the building is protected from demolition. The external envelope is protected in perpetuity.

Short sighted and economically and reputationally counter productive. Many tourists visit and spend in the shop cafe and gallery and encourage others to do likewise

Pity labour 3 waters was revoked by current government - what a huge cost nuw for ratepayers.
