Should we remove 231 Stuart Street (formerly the Fortune Theatre) from the list of strategic assets in the DCC Significance and Engagement policy?
No, keep 231 Stuart Street as a strategic asset
Do you have any comments about 231 Stuart Street?
Consider reusing the building as a community shelter during natural disaster emergencies. Or allow the building to be rented out as a venue for events.
Should we charge an entry fee of $20 (incl. GST) for international visitors aged 16 and over, at Toitū and Dunedin Public Art Gallery?
No, do not introduce an entry fee of $20 (incl. GST)
Do you have any comments about the entry fee for international visitors?
I'm not apposed to charging a fee, perhaps charge a $10 fee.
Is there anything else you would like to tell us?
Is there considerations to preparing the community to natural hazards? Evacuation route infrastructure, community shelter hubs, and mitigation and adaptation plans.
Local Water Done Well feedback
Which water services delivery model do you support?
The Council’s preferred option: an in-house delivery model
Why did you choose this option?
Water is a public service. It should not be handled by a private entity or outside of the council's governance.
Do you have any other feedback related to the proposed water services delivery models?
Are there any considerations in grey water infrastructure? Dunedin might not have issues with water resources, but it is still good planning to preserve our resources and keeping them clean.
