I think 231 Stuart Street should be sold so that hopefully it doesn't fall into disrepair, and might have a future.
Should we charge an entry fee of $20 (incl. GST) for international visitors aged 16 and over, at Toitū and Dunedin Public Art Gallery?
Yes, introduce an entry fee of $20 (incl. GST) (this is our preferred option)

$20 sounds quite a lot but if that's what it will take to keep Toitu
up and running then so be it.
