I am giving feedback to the 9 year plan re fees and charges around the proposal to charge parking fees on a Sunday and amending parking fees. I now avoid the center city because of parking fees, restrictions on time and cameras policing it. Far from supporting central city businesses, these proposals will effectively kill off what little foot traffic remains
