I am dreadfully disappointed that this council held up the progress of the population of Dunedin having cycle access to the huge network of adventure beyond Dunedin. And why am I paying for the deputy person who has not worked all year?? Ffs! Also I'm still annoyed about the waste of money undoing the beautiful paint jobs on roads a few years ago. I pay for your income and you are not careful enough with this money, unlike teenage children! Stick to doing the basics best which means making Dunedin a healthy place to live in.
