I would love the tunnels between central Dunedin and Wingatui to be opened for cyclists and walkers. I travel by bike when time allows and this would be significant in helping me get into town quicker and also using my vehicle less.
Please also removing the red tape etc and let local contractors get on and progress this without consultants sucking up all your limited funds.
