International visitors only - New Zealanders should have free access - not sure about how you collect proof of nationality though, if that is too expensive/difficult then just let everyone in free
Is there anything else you would like to tell us?
Introduce a dedicated bus or train for Airport travel. Can’t think of any other reasonable sized city that doesn’t have this with the airport location so far from the city.
Airbus or Airtrain - it would be used no question - by locals and visitors.
