1.no Smooth Hill landfill.
Unwanted, unsafe, too expensive, anti- waste reduction, increasingly out of date solution ( truck waste to Southland.
2. No money for Taeiri gorge rail - turn it into bike rail trail. ( Train trust can take/subside rich cruise ship passengers on other Kiwi rail routes. ) Waste of money, no long term future.Sucessful bike rail trails are the economically sustainable future. Cruises are unsustainable.
