The existing cycle way shared footpath is a great asset and well used by locals and visitors
I would like the council to continue with the extensions proposed for future years
I would like the council to keep to the agreed work schedule
1. Ellison Rd to Ōtākou Fisheries Wharf (Year 2 2026/27)
2. Tidewater Dr to Ellison Rd (Year 3 2027/28)
3. Portobello to Weir Rd (Year 4 2028/29) (includes access to Portobello School)

Local Water Done Well feedback
Which water services delivery model do you support?
The Council’s preferred option: an in-house delivery model
Why did you choose this option?
Tighter budget control at a local level
Do you have any other feedback related to the proposed water services delivery models?
Encourage the installation of rainwater collection tanks for new and existing homes, maybe through a rate rebate?
