Should we remove 231 Stuart Street (formerly the Fortune Theatre) from the list of strategic assets in the DCC Significance and Engagement policy?
No, keep 231 Stuart Street as a strategic asset
Do you have any comments about 231 Stuart Street?
It is a beautiful building in an amazing location and it is sad it's not in use. It should only be removed if the money can be used to fund a good performing arts space. We desperately need ongoing support for our theatre spaces, we are a city of literature and it is sad we don't have this and embarassing.
Should we charge an entry fee of $20 (incl. GST) for international visitors aged 16 and over, at Toitū and Dunedin Public Art Gallery?
Yes, introduce an entry fee of $20 (incl. GST) (this is our preferred option)
Do you have any comments about the entry fee for international visitors?
Is there anything else you would like to tell us?
Please fund the playhouse theatres maintenance I love this place it is so special for community and arts, and please fund an ongoing theatre space
