The Council’s preferred option: an in-house delivery model
Why did you choose this option?
The rain is a natural occurance an isn't owned by anybody as a result can not be charged for by anyone to anyone by any entity. Also another fantasy reason to waste money on iwi so called associations who "are looking out for everyone " when really only looking out for there own greeds across. NZ.
