Should we remove 231 Stuart Street (formerly the Fortune Theatre) from the list of strategic assets in the DCC Significance and Engagement policy?

Do you have any comments about 231 Stuart Street?
Do what is best for this beautiful building. If DCC are not going to do the upgrades that means the building can be used and are only going to let it rot then sell it. DCC are hypocrites there is the plan change to add additional heritage buildings to a register and they have done nothing with this or Sammy's

Everywhere in the world you pay. Though funds should be earmarked for the upkeep of the collection or purchasing new

I was happy to see that the funding for the tunnels trail was removed. It is intended for this cycle way to go through Abbotsford without a thought for the people who live there. Thought was only ever given to the cyclists

Why did you choose this option?
This is the cheaper option which also allows the DCC is have overall control. Though must be protected from sale.
