Should we remove 231 Stuart Street (formerly the Fortune Theatre) from the list of strategic assets in the DCC Significance and Engagement policy?
Yes, remove 231 Stuart Street from the list of strategic assets (this is our preferred option)
Do you have any comments about 231 Stuart Street?
Should we charge an entry fee of $20 (incl. GST) for international visitors aged 16 and over, at Toitū and Dunedin Public Art Gallery?
Yes, introduce an entry fee of $20 (incl. GST) (this is our preferred option)
Do you have any comments about the entry fee for international visitors?
$20 is too much - what about $10 as an initial step?
Is there anything else you would like to tell us?
Funding to complete the peninsula road widening project is essential, especially the Portobello School section, Ōtākou fisheries and inland Harwood route. The completed sections are already well used and it's critical this is completed. So I strongly support funding to complete the final three stages of Te Awa Ōtākou – Peninsula Connection $18.5 million.
Local Water Done Well feedback
Which water services delivery model do you support?
A Three Waters Council-Controlled Organisation (CCO)
Why did you choose this option?
A CCO offers the potential to join with other councils to deliver water infrastructure.
I think the inhouse option works against the potential for wider collaboration to achieve efficiencies by working on a larger scale.
Do you have any other feedback related to the proposed water services delivery models?
It is a real shame that the pervious government's 3 waters proposal was abandoned.
