Dunedin Tunnel Bike Track
Include this back into the 9 year plan and all Council has to do is approve it in principle and issue required consents. Let the Tunnel Trust take over the funding and work on this project as I believe they can obtain funding privately to complete the project at a fraction of the cost compared to the Council/Ratepayers.
