I believe the last three stages of the Te Awa Ōtakou must be completed in the first three years of this nine year plan. Promises to the community must be honoured.
The danger in the stretch of road between Ellison corner and Fisheries corner is putting all vehicles at risk. Larger vehicles have to travel in the centre of the road relying on oncoming traffic to stop. This does not always occur. A tourist bus in the harbour would be quite detrimental to Dunedin as a destination.
