Should we remove 231 Stuart Street (formerly the Fortune Theatre) from the list of strategic assets in the DCC Significance and Engagement policy?
Yes, remove 231 Stuart Street from the list of strategic assets (this is our preferred option)
Do you have any comments about 231 Stuart Street?
Remove and sell - pay down debt. Stop buying property. Sell Sammy's, sell South D Library site that you don't need.
Should we charge an entry fee of $20 (incl. GST) for international visitors aged 16 and over, at Toitū and Dunedin Public Art Gallery?
Yes, introduce an entry fee of $20 (incl. GST) (this is our preferred option)
Do you have any comments about the entry fee for international visitors?
Happens all over the world. Te Papa do this. Shoud be adults over 18 years paying not 16 years.
Is there anything else you would like to tell us?
No more debt - only one big playground - do Mosgiel and do it when we can afford it - not now
No Parking fees on Sunday - keep it free.
No more to the Stadum - it sucks
No to Smooth Hill
Put back in the bike path to Mosgiel
Stop funding the Train - Up Ticket Price
If DCC keeps increasing rates like this my family will never be able to get a house.
Local Water Done Well feedback
Which water services delivery model do you support?
A Three Waters Council-Controlled Organisation (CCO)
Why did you choose this option?
I would want you to work with others to be better but that is not an option
DCC can't run things properly so better off to find a group who can
If it stays just DCC nothing will change or get better
Do you have any other feedback related to the proposed water services delivery models?
Water is very special to us treat it with respect.
DCC is not responsible enough.
Give to IWI to run - they will get people with proper skills - not elected! They care you don't.
You talk about debt like it is a bad thing page 17 - apply that thinking to DCC proper.
