Should we remove 231 Stuart Street (formerly the Fortune Theatre) from the list of strategic assets in the DCC Significance and Engagement policy?
Do you have any comments about 231 Stuart Street?
Should we charge an entry fee of $20 (incl. GST) for international visitors aged 16 and over, at Toitū and Dunedin Public Art Gallery?
Do you have any comments about the entry fee for international visitors?
Is there anything else you would like to tell us?
The Dunedin Orphan's Club Inc. would like to say that we have greatly appreciated the Rates relief that the Dunedin City Council have been giving to our club, the Dunedin Orphan's Club Inc. at 47 Albert Street St. Clair Dunedin over the years.
Our club provides not only a safe and warm place for our 71 members to meet but also the surrounding community which comes along to gather and be entertained.
Our hall is not only used by our club but by many other community groups of the Dunedin and Mosgiel area as well.
So we think that we play/provide an important part in our community.
With our G.V. Valuation taking a large leap up, the rates also unfortunately have followed suit and we find now more than ever that we will have to rely on the Dunedin City Councils Rates Relief so that we can stay open to one and all.
Thanking you, Jill Aitken Secretary/Treasurer for the Dunedin Orphan's Club Inc.
