While it might not be a strategic asset it still is a significant building that must be saved.
Should we charge an entry fee of $20 (incl. GST) for international visitors aged 16 and over, at Toitū and Dunedin Public Art Gallery?

The cycling tunnels through to Mosgiel should be a priority. If you want to reduce emissions and encourage people to be active in all communities these are important.The harbour cycleways are a great success.
Time the excursion train stood on its own feet and also ran all the way to Middlemarch.
Ratepayers should not be subsidising cruise ships.
