Do you have any comments about the entry fee for international visitors?
Some small fee is fine, $20 is outrageous! No tourist will pay such a high amount for something that is FREE for anyone else. Also, have you considered the logistics behind it for the employees?! They would have to ask everyone on entry for ID and break the bad news to anyone who had the audacity to come and visit NZ. I'm shocked by this proposal!
