The harbour cycleways are a wonderful city asset. As a resident of Harwood, I urge the DCC to complete the section near the Portobello School. It is an unnerving experience to cycle through the narrow pinch between the shops and the school with very little margin of error for cyclists, drivers, or tourist vehicles.
