Keep place-based funding at current levels as per the previous Long Term Plan. Place Based Groups provide significant support for some of Dunedin's most vulnerable communities. Place Based Groups have helped to create a more connected and thriving communities with positive outcomes for the city. This also gives effect to the Wellbeing Stratergy Council has.
