although it's a beautiful building, the demographics of its users are somewhat narrow. Spend those funds on othe facilities that have a broader audience.

No, do not introduce an entry fee of $20 (incl. GST)

it would be a shame to introduce this, but perhaps consider a lower amount of $10 pp.

please never charge residents, these are such wonderful facilities, keep them free and accessible for all, especially families to enjoy as they are precious.
