By introducing this fee, the money can be used for improved roading and services for tourism. Please see general comments.

Can you please priortise the Te Awa Ōtākou, Peninsula Connection project for the following reasons:
It will increase both domestic and international tourism to Duendin and allow for increased positive experiences and reviews
Harington Point Road on the Otago Peninsula is unsafe in incomplete areas, where there is no decent road verge for cars, cyclists and pedestrians.
The incomplete road near Portobello School is unsafe for children.
With sustainability in mind, biking and walking need to be encouraged and made safe for environmental reasons.
