9 year plan feedback

Should we remove 231 Stuart Street (formerly the Fortune Theatre) from the list of strategic assets in the DCC Significance and Engagement policy?
No, keep 231 Stuart Street as a strategic asset

Do you have any comments about 231 Stuart Street?
You have been sitting on this for years. In Moray Place a church was sold on the corner of View St and apartments built inside. This would be an option as long as decor, wood, glass (glazed) retained.

Should we charge an entry fee of $20 (incl. GST) for international visitors aged 16 and over, at Toitū and Dunedin Public Art Gallery?
Yes, introduce an entry fee of $20 (incl. GST) (this is our preferred option)

Do you have any comments about the entry fee for international visitors?

Is there anything else you would like to tell us?
Deterioration of cleaning vegetation has gone backwards re footpaths and streets, bus shelters are e.g. open to southerly, hence wet seats so redesign by getting rid of holes etc. Dump rubbish taking took long and stuff should be retained retained locally. Bins should have been clear so contractors could see who is obeying the rules. Lack of signs on some streets and angles too strait ve giveways - lots more but health not been good. Photos will be presented. What does Council own re buildings like sammys
